Obituary

Bartholomew J. "Bart" Flaherty, a resident of Somerville and formerly of Charlestown, entered into eternal life on Friday, August 10, 2018 at Watertown Health Care Center in Watertown. He was 83 years of age.

Bart was born in Boston on June 23, 1935, a son of the late Joseph P. Flaherty and Anna H. (Kelleher) Flaherty. He grew up in Charlestown where he was educated in the Boston Public School system. Bart worked as a Mail Clerk for Atlantic Monthly Company for many years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Bart's Graveside Funeral Service at Holy Cross Cemetery, 175 Broadway, Malden on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 10 A.M.
