Obituary

Dina M. DeAngelo, a lifelong resident of Charlestown, died unexpectedly on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Union Hospital in Lynn. She was 47 years old.

Dina was born in Boston on April 29, 1963 to the late Vincent P. and Bernadine F. (Auch) DeAngelo. She grew up in Charlestown and attended Boston Public Schools. Dina has been a homemaker.

Dina is the loving mother of Nicole Giglio of Everett and Anthony Giglio of Medford. She is the loving Grandma to Eric A. Mazzio. She is the devoted sister of Diane Hansen of Woburn, Darlene Shaheen of South Carolina, David Farrell of South Carolina, Josie McLaughlin of Saugus, Vincent DeAngelo of Charlestown, Susan DeAngelo of Charlestown, Joseph DeAngelo of Charlestown and the late Ronald Farrell. She is the former wife of Victor Giglio. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation for Dina on Saturday, January 29, 2011 from 4 to 6 p.m. in The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown.
