ALL ARE WELCOME TO STOP BY AND SHARE A MEMORY OR STORY OF EDDIE ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2021 FROM 2 TO 4 P.M. IN THE CARR FUNERAL HOME, 220 BUNKER HILL ST. CHARLESTOWN.

Edward J. "Eddie" Plunkett, a longtime resident of Somerville, entered into eternal life unexpectedly on Monday, November 8, 2021. He was 65 years of age.

Eddie was born in Somerville on July 10, 1956, a son of the late Joseph T. Plunkett and Doris (Maine) Plunkett. He grew up in Somerville where he was educated in the Somerville Public School system and graduated from Don Bosco Technical High School in Boston in 1974. Eddie worked as a printer for a local printing company for many years. He enjoyed his loyal friendship over the many years while hanging out in Charlestown.

Eddie is the beloved son of the late Joseph T. Plunkett and Doris (Maine) Plunkett. He is the beloved brother of the late Donald D. Plunkett and Eleanor Plunkett. He is the beloved uncle to Joanne Plunkett, Donald D. Plunkett Jr. and great-uncle to Kyle Benedict and Leah Benedict. He is also survived by his cousins and his loyal friends from Charlestown.
