Obituary

Ellen (Sullivan) Falletti, a lifelong resident of Charlestown, died suddenly in Florida on Wednesday, December 14, 2011. She was 88 years old.

Ellen was a member of The Old Charlestown Schoolgirls Association, a lifetime member of The Charlestown Historical Society and a founding member of The Charlestown Garden Club.

Ellen is the beloved wife of the late John B. Falletti. She is the devoted mother of Kathleen Falletti and her husband Peter of Charlestown and John R. Falletti and his wife Ruth of Winchester. She is the loving Grandmother of Tiffany Smith and her husband Will, Tamela Higginson and her husband Bobby, Tracy McKinney and her husband Chad, John Thomas Benoit and Angelina Falletti. She is the great-grandmother of Taylor, Tatum, Tia, Myles and Maxton. She is the loving sister of George Sullivan of Charlestown, Josephine Jacob of Westwood, Jackie Sullivan of Florida and the late Eugene Sullivan. She is the former mother-in-law and dear friend of Gerard Benoit.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Ellen's Funeral on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 10 a.m. from The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown followed by her Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, 55 Warren St. Charlestown at 11 a.m. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 from 4 to 8 p.m.
