Obituary

Frank "Sonny" Neuwinger, a longtime resident of Charlestown, entered into eternal life on Saturday August 14, 2021 at the North End Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center. He was 89 years of age.

Frank was educated throughout the Boston Public School System then went on to drive trucks for Canada Dry then on to US Gypsum as a forklift operator. He also enjoyed his tropical fish as well as being a quartermaster with the Majestic Knights of Charlestown and a Die hard Patriots Fan to the end.

Frank was born in Boston on February 2, 1932, and was the beloved husband of the late Florence G. (Nye) Neuwinger. He is the devoted father of Frank P. Neuwinger and his wife Camille, Joyce A. Mansfield and her late husband Henry Mansfield, and Geraldine Dellasico. He is the loving Papa of 9 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. He is also survived by his many loving nieces and nephews.
