Obituary

Gloria T. (Marino) Guerra, a lifelong resident of Charlestown, entered into eternal life suddenly on Monday, December 20, 2021 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She was 89 years of age.

Gloria was born in Somerville on June 11, 1932, a daughter of the late Vincent Marino and Mary (DiRocco) Marino. She grew up in Charlestown where she was educated throughout the Boston Public School system. Gloria was a homemaker during her adult life where she dedicated herself to her husband and 4 children and took great pride in her cooking capabilities for her family.

Gloria is the beloved wife of 69 years to Ralph F. Guerra Jr. She is the devoted mother of Linda Hamilton and her husband David, Robert Guerra, Sean Guerra and his wife Kathleen and the late Vincent "Vinnie" Guerra. She is the loving Grandmother to her 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
