Obituary

Guy V. Perito, a lifelong resident of Charlestown, entered into eternal life on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston following an extended illness. He was 63 years old.

Guy was born in Somerville on November 22, 1949, a son of the late Gaetano Perito and Emma (DeLeo) Perito. Guy grew up in Charlestown and was educated in the Boston Public School system. He worked as a manager for several restaurants in the area for several years.

Guy is the beloved husband of 31 years to Tina M. (LeBlanc) Perito. He is the devoted father of Fred Perito, Jennie Perito, Emily Perito, Harold Perito, Tammi Georgopoulos, Guy Perito Jr., Christopher Perito and Janette Michaels. He is the beloved brother of Gil Perito, Al Perito and Maryann Perito. He is also survived by several grandchildren and his beloved dog Olivia.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Guy's visiting hours on Monday, August 26, 2013 from 4 to 8 P.M. in The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown. His Funeral Services and burial will be private.
