Obituary

Kenneth "Kenny" Masiel, a 20 year resident of Somerville and formerly of Charlestown, entered into eternal life unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. He was 69 years of age.

Kenny was born in Boston on February 12, 1956, a son of the late John M. Masiel and Laura A. (Puckarski) Masiel. He grew up in Charlestown where he was educated in the Boston Public School system and Charlestown High School. Kenny worked as a technician in the Telecommunications Industry for many years.

Kenny is survived by his son Jarid Masiel. He is the beloved brother of Donna Mainey and her partner Alfred Duggan, and the late Michael Masiel. He is the dear uncle of Michael Mainey and his wife Jessica, Nicole Mainey, Ryan Mainey and his wife McKenzie, and Uncle Boo Boo to his great-nephews Nathan Mainey, Noah Smith, Greyson Mainey, and Cameron Mainey.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Kenny's visiting hours on Wednesday morning October 22, 2025 from 10 AM to 12 Noon, concluding with his Funeral Service at 12 Noon. His burial will be private.
