Obituary

Mary J. (Tallent) King, a resident of Malden and formerly of Charlestown, died on Sunday June 29, 2008 at her home in Malden following a lengthy illness.

Mary is the devoted mother of Lynn Ferreira of Everett, Dixie King of New Hampshire and Mark King of Malden. She is the loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She is the beloved sister of Ann Helms of Ohio, James Tallent of Charlestown, Frank Tallent of New Hampshire, William Tallent of Everett, Donna Nice and Gene Tallent both of Malden and the late Priscilla Bodkin, Nancy Mangan, John, Richard, Leonard and Edna Tallent.

Mary's Funeral Srvice will be held on Thursday July 3, 2008 at 10 a.m. in The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Visiting hours are on Wednesday July 2, 2008 from 4 to 8 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited.
