Obituary

Patrick M. Tracy, a lifelong resident of Charlestown, passed into eternal life unexpectedly on Monday, December 31, 2012. He was 52 years old.

Patrick was born in Boston on May 7, 1960, a son of Mary L. (DeLacy) Tracy and the late Richard C. Tracy. He grew up in Charlestown where he attended the Boston Public School system. Pat worked as a carpenter for many years.

Patrick is the devoted father of Michelle Elwell of Lowell and Megan Elwell of Malden. He is the beloved son of Mary L. (DeLacy) Tracy of Charlestown and the late Richard C. Tracy. He is the loving Grandpa to Jayden, Madelynne and Clancy. He is the beloved brother of Kathryn Walsh and her late husband John of Revere, Marylou Tracy of Charlestown and the late Christopher Tracy. He is the loving uncle of Katie and Mike Mason, Johnny Walsh, Christa Day, Skyla Tracy and Rayven.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Patrick's Funeral on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 9 a.m. from The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown followed by his Funeral Mass in St. Francis De Sales Church, 313 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown at 10 a.m. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden. Visiting hours Friday, January 4, 2013 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
