Obituary

Solange F. (Pare) Langelier, of Wakefield, died February 18, 2006 at the Woburn Nursing Center after a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Langelier was born and raised in Lewiston, Maine where she was a graduate of Lewiston High School. She formerly lived in Brockton and moved to Wakefield in 1962, where she was a volunteer at several local Nursing Homes. In her spare time, she also enjoyed membership in the National and Massachusetts Button Collectors Society.

She was the beloved wife of the late Maurice G. Langelier of Wakefield, and the devoted mother of Michele McKee of New York and Philip A. Langelier of Wakefield. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren Nicole Langelier of Wakefield, and Jill and Elizabeth Kadetsky of N.Y. Ms. Langelier was the beloved sister of Simone Beaulieu of Ashland and the late Fleurette Batiste, Annette Roderick, Roger and Raymond Pare. Funeral Services on Friday, February 24th at 10:00 am at the Philip X. Carr Funeral Home 1159 Main St. Melrose/Wakefield Line. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 PM.
