Obituary

William E. Nugent, a resident of Charlestown and formerly of Winthrop, died on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston after a long illness. He was 44 years old.

Billy was born in Winthrop on November 25, 1965 to William and Janice (Walker) Nugent. He grew up in Winthrop where he attended schools there. Billy had been working for several years in the computer industry.

Billy is the beloved husband of Christine M. (Chiappa) Nugent. He is the devoted father of Bily and Corey Nugent both of Charlestown. He is the beloved son of Janice (Walker) Nugent of Winthrop. He is the loving brother of Linda Marie Nugent of Winthrop.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Billy's Funeral on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 9 a.m. from The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown followed by his Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, 55 Warren St. Charlestown at 10 a.m. Burial will be at Belle Isle section of Winthrop Cemetery, Winthrop. Visiting hours will be on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 from 4 to 8 p.m.
